Set .env + icecast.xml passwords (must match) + Caddyfile domain
Firewall 80/443 (+8000 for old-stereo HTTP)
docker compose up -d --build
Verify with curl + a desktop player
Blocked on: VPS choice + credentials (user self-service).
Note: radio.obahan.xyz already points at 89.150.146.30 - nice name if that's the box.
