Subject: [PATCH] fix: interpolate longName and shortName in PKI backup
 download (#959)

This caused {{shortName}} and {{longName}} to appear unformatted in the
exported key files:

The fix simply replicates the behaviour used elsewhere in
PKIIBackupDialog.
