Jason A. Donenfeld bd0967e36e SettingsActivity: manually apply insets for api 35 ...

The forced EdgeToEdge changes don't work well with
PreferenceFragmentCompat, because it's basically abandoned by androidx,
so apply the insets manually ourselves.
